Welcome to 4 Minutes, where everyone is welcome, including migrant workers from Ukraine, Poland, Portugal and other countries. Our goal is to make the integration process for migrant workers as smooth as possible, so that they can concentrate on their new job in Twente.

At 4 Minutes we take care of our migrant workers from A to Z. Our services include recruitment and selection, accommodation, administration and the necessary documents. We take all these worries off your hands, so that the migrants can go to work without any worries.
Customized housing
We offer living space at various locations in Twente, including Hengelo, Almelo, Gronau, Enschede and Reutum. Each resident has their own room. Transport is also not a problem, because we provide bicycles, electric scooters and possibly even cars from 4 Minutes. Living in another country can sometimes be difficult, because much is still unknown. But even then we are ready for every migrant worker. We help them find a doctor, dentist and guide them if necessary.
The Story of 4 Minutes
Did you know that the name '4 Minutes' comes from the idea that it would only take four minutes to find the perfect match between a job seeker and a company? Daan Slütter came up with this concept as an online platform full of CVs from job seekers. Companies could find the ideal candidate within 4 minutes. However, the practice proved more complicated, and 4 Minutes went back to traditional broadcast methods. The first request from a client was realized in one weekend, and this is how Employment Agency 4 Minutes was born.
