Whistling to work at 4 Minutes

Whistling to work – it's possible with the 4 Minutes E-bike!

At a time when sustainability and social entrepreneurship are receiving increasing attention, we, employment agency 4 Minutes, are taking an important step forward by entering into a partnership with the renowned bicycle brand BSP. This collaboration is special; it is an affirmation of our shared commitment to a greener, more inclusive future.

We are extremely proud to announce that, in addition to the 65 electric 4 Minutes E-bikes already in use, we have now ordered another 100 copies of the BSP model BRAZZ!

This elegant bicycle, designed for easy mounting and equipped with attractive options such as a bicycle carrier, an electric motor, and 7 stepless gears, provides maximum comfort so that you can cycle to work quickly, easily and, above all, green.

These bicycles have been specially selected for our temporary workers, who can borrow them for only €6 per week. It is an investment in their well-being and mobility, allowing them to literally 'whistle to work'.

What makes this collaboration special is the way in which the bicycles are created. Although the parts come from the Far East, each bicycle is carefully manufactured and assembled in Roermond, in the sheltered workshop of Westrom. Dozens of motivated people work here every day on the production line, which has about 25 different assembly positions. For an assembly overview, see these photos:

This local production not only emphasizes the importance of supporting Dutch jobs, but is also the way for 4 Minutes to enable the craftsmanship and dedication of people at a distance from the labor market. We think this step fits perfectly within the ideas of both BSP (part of the parent company TKW) as 4 Minutes bv. Both our organizations share these norms and values and the importance of social responsibility and creating opportunities for everyone is therefore deeply rooted in our business model.

Through this collaboration, we hope not only to offer our temporary workers a sustainable means of transport, but also to inspire our customers and partners to take similar steps. Furthermore, this initiative is a great example of how companies can contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and promoting healthy, active lifestyles.

In a world that is becoming increasingly aware of the need to reduce our carbon footprint, using electric bicycles for commuting offers a win-win solution for both individuals and the planet. At 4 Minutes we believe that success is not only measured in profits, but also in the positive impact we can have on our community and the environment.

Learning and working

With our motto “4 Minutes – Whistling to work” we want to initiate a movement that goes beyond just our company. We invite our customers and partners to join us in stimulating and following up on this development. The collaboration between 4 Minutes Enschede and BSP is more than a business strategy; it is a statement in which we hope to stimulate action towards a more sustainable and socially inclusive future.

Let's pave the way for improvement together, one bike ride at a time.
