After installing solar panels on the roof of our office in Enschede and a CO2 neutral office in Almelo, it was time to take the next green steps. But at that time we were also confronted with limited availability of job seekers with a transport problem. How great is it if you can both contribute to the climate and also help job seekers with their transport problems? Since 2022, we have made the first electric 4 Minutes scooters available to our temporary workers. Temporary worker happy, 4 Minutes happy! The best win-win situation for every party. The famous 4 Minutes riding a bike
In 2020 we set up a campaign where we gave temporary workers a 4 Minutes bicycle if they have worked more than 1250 hours per year. In the spring of 2021, we were able to delight 250 temporary workers with a new bicycle. Due to the great success, we decided to extend the promotion for another year. In the spring of 2022, we once again made 250 employees happy with a new bicycle!
More green on the street
Of course, we also see that it is not possible for everyone to go to work by bicycle and that not everyone has a driver's license. Our plan for 2022 was to make electric bicycles available. And it worked! In the meantime, more than 165 temporary workers cycle to their jobs every day on a real 4 Minutes E-Bike.

In addition to many intermediaries and recruiters, 4 Minutes also has a whole team of facility staff. Because our buildings and houses for our temporary workers are spread throughout Twente, our concierge will drive a beautiful bus from 2024, of course completely in the colors and lettering of 4 Minutes with the slogan 'Find your dream job close to home'. Pretty cool and quite striking!
