NEN 4400-1

This standard tests the financial administration of employment agencies and subcontractors. Due to the NEN 4400-1 certification, hirers can assume, among other things, that 4 Minutes has properly arranged all payments to the tax authorities and the UWV. Because 4 Minutes has the NEN 4400-1 certificate, it is included in the SNA register.

ISO 9001: 2015

The ISO 9001:2015 certificate ensures the correct implementation of a quality management system. ISO 9001:2015 helps us to always strive for higher process quality and customer satisfaction.

VCU 2011/05

VCU supervises having and implementing a safety management system. All our consultants have a VCU-VIL diploma and actively work together with our customers to continuously improve safety in the workplace. On 14-10-2019, 4 Minutes successfully completed the audit for VCU.        

Werkpak Hallmark

We are proud that 4 Minutes is the first and so far the only employment agency is that the Werkpakt may bear the quality mark for corporate social responsibility. By also making time available for job seekers who are at a distance from the labor market, we ensure a Twente in which everyone can participate. An additional advantage is that our customers can count hours purchased at 4 Minutes towards their CSR obligations.

Stichting Normering Flexwonen

We are very proud of our SNF Quality Mark! The SNF quality mark means that we meet the standard for housing for migrant workers. We own several homes in the Twente area, so that migrant workers can live and work comfortably in the Netherlands via 4 Minutes.

We make sure that our employees don't have to worry about anything, we help with everything. For the government and municipalities, the SNF quality mark is proof of correct housing. With this quality mark we guarantee that our accommodation is of good quality and meets the required standard. In this standard, among other things, privacy, hygiene, safety and facilities are essential points, which we are committed to.
