how can you contact us?

It's never nice to have a complaint. We are happy to help you solve this. Please feel free to submit your complaint. This can be done by telephone and/or e-mail. Do you find it difficult to discuss your complaint in person? You can also submit your complaint anonymously. Below you can read the options.

By phone / email

If you already have a contact person within 4 Minutes, it is possible to report your complaint directly to him or her. If this is not the case, the complaint can be passed on by telephone by calling our office in Enschede or Almelo. The phone numbers are:

It is also possible to email your complaint to complaints@4minutes.nl. This email address is managed by one employee. Your complaint will be handled with the utmost care, with full guarantee of privacy and integrity.

 

We will keep you informed from the moment we have received your complaint until it has been resolved. If necessary and if you feel comfortable doing so, we can invite you for a meeting to work together towards a solution, in order to handle your complaint to your full satisfaction.

You can submit your complaint anonymously by letter to our office in Almelo. Just outside our office, next to the parking spaces at the rear, you will find a mailbox where you can hand it in. The address is: Twente Noord Business Park 1, 7602 KR Almelo.

 

If you would like to receive feedback about this, please do not hesitate to write down your e-mail address on the letter, without any further personal data, so that no one can trace your identity. Of course it is also possible to send your complaint anonymously by post. You can send this to one of our branches:
