From the living room
Daan Slütter came up with the solution: an online place full of resumes of job seekers where companies can find the perfect match within 4 minutes. The concept seemed easier than reality and the need for something else turned out to be greater. Daan went back to the drawing board and decided to continue in the traditional way of broadcasting. The first request from a client also came in on a specific Friday. On Monday, 25 employees had to be ready. Phone calls and applications were conducted from the living room throughout the weekend, with the result that on Monday morning all new employees were ready to get started. Employment agency 4 Minutes was born!

Now 10 years later we belong to one of the fastest growing companies and we spread with branches in Enschede, Almelo and Losser throughout Twente. Every day, our 35 intermediaries are available for all questions from both clients and temporary workers. Our original mission still stands: to offer stability and growth to both temporary workers and clients in the flexible Twente labor market. Due to our specialization in production and logistics and the personal contact with our clients and temporary workers, we know how to distinguish ourselves in the temporary employment market. It gives us the ability to connect and quickly switch between different requests. Together with our clients and temporary workers spread throughout Twente, we achieve results that we are all proud of!

Did you know that 4 Minutes has been officially named one of the fastest growing companies in 2020 and 2021? Every year, the Financieel Dagblad presents the FD Gazellen Awards to the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. In 2020, 4 Minutes was in place 100 in the Overijssel region and in 2021 we were able to get 6th place in the East region, medium-sized companies. Next step is of course to the top 3!
