Call in sick
"When you're sick, it's important to report it."If you are unable to work due to illness, you must report sick as soon as possible. You can report sick by telephone from 05:30. A sick report will only be processed if you call our absenteeism department between 05:30 and 10:00. In the drop-down menu, select the absenteeism department.

If you cannot reach the department, you can leave a voicemail. You will then be called back by one of our colleagues from the absenteeism department. In addition, you must be available every day during your sick report.
If you do not contact us by telephone, we cannot start absenteeism counseling and no sickness benefit will be paid.
