What is expected of you

As a loader behind the garbage truck at Twente Milieu, you help collect waste. Pulling the containers is sometimes quite heavy, so being physically fit is important. You can also be used as a host at the waste collection points. You help residents properly separate their waste at the waste collection points.

What are we looking for

You are of course motivated to get started and half the work is already done. It is also important that you also bring the following things with you:

Customer friendliness: you are the business card throughout Twente;
Flexibility: It can happen that there is sometimes a little less work, 4 Minutes almost always has alternative work for you on these days;
Command of the Dutch language;
Living in or around Twente;
Availability at least 3 services per week.

What do we offer

4 Minutes offers a job with a future. As the first supplier of Twente Milieu, we offer at least 6 loaders every year the opportunity to obtain their C driving license at the cost of 4 Minutes and move on to the position of driver-loader. You can be deployed to various locations between 07.30:22.00 AM and 14:18 PM. The hourly wage as a loader is at least €XNUMX gross (from age XNUMX). Work also occurs on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

We have excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement for Waste & Environmental Services. In addition, we have an extensive package of other employment conditions and company schemes.

About the company

Twente Milieu is known to many residents of Twente for collecting household waste. What many do not know, however, is that they are also active in other areas.
