A 3-week learning process and get paid!
In collaboration with Johma uut Twente, we, employment agency 4 Minutes, have set up a learning process in which you as an operator are prepared to operate the lines at Johma. You will master the process during this 3-week training, after which you will be able to operate a Johma salad line without difficulty.
Operator Johma – this is how you get the hang of it
Not everyone can just start working as an Operator at Johma. For this reason, we have developed a training plan together with Johma in which you, our temporary worker, receive a short but thorough training to become a full Operator, so that you can be fully deployed at Johma.
If you have talent, sufficient insight and a healthy work attitude, we are looking for you as a new Operator. Dozens of people work at Johma every day to make the amount of salads to provide Europe with the tastiest salads. However, we have enough space for you as an Operator to support the entire Johma team. We also offer a guarantee of a permanent contract if you show your best side!
