What is expected of you

You have a very important role within the production process, because you and your colleagues ensure that the operators can keep the machines running carefree. In addition, your activities include:

Collecting and mixing the raw materials;
Packing the salads
Preparing the pallets for shipment;
Support in the production process where necessary.

You work in the 3 shifts where the shifts are as follows:

Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00
Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00
Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00

What are we looking for

With your enthusiasm and motivation to get started, you are well on your way! In addition, we also ask from you:

Full-time availability in the 3 shifts;
Experience in the food sector/food industry is an advantage;
Working in a cool environment is no problem for you!

What do we offer

A full-time job in the 3 shifts with a challenge and a nice workplace is not the only thing we can offer you. We also have for you:

Gross starting salary of €14,08 per hour;
- Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive a 33% surcharge, your gross hourly wage during these hours is €18,73
- Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive a 35% surcharge, your gross hourly wage during these hours is €19,01
You will have your first pay increase in your pocket after 6 months;
Travel allowance from 10km; Or an electric bicycle to get to work easily (and quickly).
Every Thursday you get the tastiest salads to take home;
If you function well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract with 4 Minutes;
