What is expected of you

In the function as Facility Assistant you have a number of important tasks.
·        Checking, maintaining and adjusting existing security processes;
·        Perform work related to the access control system and associated processes;
·        Assist in carrying out a thorough risk analysis;
·        Assist in setting up a security management system and associated security processes;
·        Assist in managing the security team;
·        Assist in resolving incidents;
·        Provide training/information in the field of security (awareness);
·        Manages the joint email together with the facilities department and ensures timely handling of incoming questions/tickets via ServiceNow

What are we looking for

Of course you feel like getting started, with which you have already done half the work. In addition, it is also important that you:

are available full-time;
MBO4 towards facility management have completed or have demonstrable relevant experience;
Accurate and problem-solving;
You can handle Microsoft office;
Good command of the Dutch + English language (oral and written);
Can work in a team, but can also work independently;
Experience in the field of security is an advantage.
