What is expected of you

As a Financial Manager at Employment Agency 4 Minutes, you are responsible for the entire financial process of our company. The financial process is highly automated. This makes it possible to combine executive tasks with a supervisory and advisory role.
You will act as a crucial link between operational activities, advising management and controlling financial processes. In this versatile role you will perform a wide range of tasks including:

Management of daily financial activities, including accounts payable/debtor administration
Preparing and analyzing financial reports and forecasts.
Identifying financial risks and opportunities and advising management on possible actions.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legislation.
Optimizing financial processes and systems to maximize efficiency.

What are we looking for

We are looking for a driven and experienced Financial Manager who has the following qualifications and qualities:

At least a completed bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Economics or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a financial role.
Extensive knowledge of financial principles, accounting and reporting standards.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic advice.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively between different stakeholders.
Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

What do we offer

Depending on knowledge and experience, the salary indication is between €3.400 and €4.600 gross per month based on full-time. You also participate in our company bonus scheme.
