You would like to work in the temporary employment sector, but working from 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM is not for you. At 4 Minutes you will find the best of both worlds! Become our new colleague and start as Intermediary for the early mornings.

What is expected of you

You will start working at our location Losser and will also have your own workplace here. From the early hours of the morning, 4 Minutes is available to both customers and temporary workers. It sometimes happens that someone unsubscribes or that the customer needs more employees. It is then your job to supplement the planning by calling and scheduling the reserves.

In addition, you are also involved in the regular activities of an Intercedent. Approaching potential candidates, scheduling and conducting intake interviews, placing candidates, administrative work such as registering the candidate and creating contracts. In short: your working days are versatile and flexible!

Living in Twente
Available full-time from 06:00 AM to 14:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Accessibility outside office hours: Most temporary workers work in shifts, so there may be an emergency outside your working hours
Command of the Dutch language: Handy for communication!
Possession of driving license B is an advantage
