What is expected of you

You are the enthusiastic point of contact at one of the largest providers for Internet, TV and Mobile: KPN! As a Sales Customer Advisor at Continuum, you help customers with various questions. From consumption to subscription (renewal). You also look at the current package together and make customers happy with a nice, suitable offer. At the end of your working day you walk out the front door satisfied.

Do you have no sales experience, but are you passionate about sales? No problem! Before you independently speak to customers by telephone, Continuum will prepare you with a (paid) training course. With all the tips and tricks in your pocket, you will be able to conduct an optimal sales conversation in no time.

What are we looking for

·        You are at least 18 years old.
·        Speaks and writes good Dutch.
·        Available at least 16 hours per week.
·        In possession of a valid VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct). Don't you have one? Then we will arrange it.

·        Starting salary of €14,30 gross per hour.
·        8,33% holiday pay + vacation days (25 per year for full-time).
·        Working from home possible.
·        Right to travel expenses from 10 km.
·        Chance of a Member Gets Member bonus of €750 gross (ask for the conditions).
·        Pension accrual.
