What is expected of you

You are the point of contact at one of the largest providers for Internet, TV and Mobile, namely KPN! You help customers with questions and these can be quite variable.

Sometimes you will have to explain to someone where he or she can find the invoice in the online customer environment and other times it may be a weak WiFi signal. You think along with the customer and solve most problems together.

You also look at the customer's total package and whether it is still up to date. This way you can make a suitable offer if, for example, the customer only purchases Internet and TV and does not yet have a mobile subscription. We call this service plus. Just that extra step for the customer, where you not only provide the service but also think about additional services or products.

Before you independently speak to customers by telephone, you will of course be fully prepared with a training. In this training you will learn all the tips and tricks you need to have an optimal customer conversation.

What are we looking for

You are 18 years or older and in possession of a good portion of enthusiasm. In addition, you also bring the following with you:

Command of the Dutch language in word and writing;
Availability of at least 24 hours per week;
- You determine your own working hours per week
Do you have no experience? No problem! You will be trained at Continuum so that you can properly assist customers KPN Customer Advisor.
