Are you the go-getter who can join our team? Get started as a Logistics employee at Johma oet Twente! A workplace full of challenges, career opportunities and great colleagues! Occasionally you will also have to assist in production.

What is expected of you

You have a very important role within the logistics process on the work floor, because you and your colleagues ensure that the goods are processed correctly internally and that you occasionally support production.

You work in the 3 shifts where the shifts are as follows:

Morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00
Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00
Night shift from 22:00 to 06:00

What are we looking for

With your enthusiasm and motivation to get started, you are well on your way! In addition, we also ask from you:

Full-time availability in the 3 shifts;
Forklift certificate - You can also obtain it through us
Experience in logistics is an advantage;
Working in a cool environment is no problem for you!

What do we offer

A full-time job in the 3 shifts with a challenge and a nice workplace is not the only thing we can offer you. We also have for you:

Gross starting salary of €15,75 per hour;
- Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive a 33% surcharge, your gross hourly wage during these hours is €20,95
- Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive a 35% surcharge, your gross hourly wage during these hours is €21.26
You will have your first pay increase in your pocket after 6 months;
Travel allowance from 10 km;
Every Thursday you get the tastiest salads to take home;
If you function well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract with 4 Minutes;
