What is expected of you

You will be involved in the entire production process, from A to Z. During this work you will be busy processing the rubber and processing it in the pressing machine. You will do this in your own ''department'' where you can do your own thing in peace and maintain your own schedule. In addition, you are responsible for the end result and therefore keep a close eye on the quality of your production.

What are we looking for

A good dose of motivation and independence are essential for this position, because you get quite a lot of freedom.
But it is also important that you fit the following profile:

You can focus well on your tasks;
You are available to work full time in 3 shifts;
You can work meticulously;
You get along well with repetitive work;
You speak Dutch or English.

What do we offer

A starting salary between €13,97 - €15,19 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance;
A shift allowance of 18,5%;
