What is expected of you

Do you have leadership qualities and have you demonstrated this at Johma or at other food companies?

Our filling and packing lines are controlled by cooperating foremen and women, internally we call them C-Operators. As a C-Operator you report directly to the Shift Leader and you manage 6 to 10 B-Operators.

You work very independently in this position, focused on the following core tasks:

Promoting uninterrupted production progress so that daily production targets are achieved;
Provide professional directions and instructions to colleagues in order to promote production and maintain a safe working environment;
Checking and supervising production activities within your workplace;
Coordinating all operational processes;
Performing administrative work, such as keeping a logbook and registering production numbers;
Moving and/or lifting goods on the production floor.

What are we looking for

You work hard every day to guarantee the quality of Johma's delicious salads. To do this, you must meet a number of requirements:

You have an MBO 3/4 diploma, preferably MBO 4;
You can work well both independently and in a team;
You have some experience in managing employees;
The command of the Dutch language in word and writing is a requirement;
You are communicative, result-oriented and stress-resistant;
You are process-oriented;
You have experience in executing strongly changing schedules;
You are available full time and willing to work in a 3-shift system.

What do we offer

We offer you a full-time job with a lot of challenge. We also offer the following:

A salary range between €2.427 and €2.744 gross per month, based on a full-time contract;
- Between 18.00 - 00.00 you will receive a 33% shift allowance;
- Between 00.00 - 06.00 you will receive a 35% shift allowance;

• A travel allowance if you have to travel further than 9,9 kilometers to work;
• Every Thursday you get the tastiest salads to take home;
• If you function well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract at 4 Minutes.
