What is expected of you

You take care of the logistics departments, in which market demand determines the production volume.
Raw materials, packaging and end products are stored in the warehouses. Orders are then prepared and issued to the operational departments within the company or to external customers.

You are responsible for the progress of this process. You are also busy with:

The receipt, storage and issue of goods. This so that the continuity of the production process is guaranteed;
Monitoring and follow-up of the logistical executive activities within the warehouse;
Checking/signing bills of lading and ensuring that deviations are rectified, in consultation with the head of the company office;
Efficient storage of goods in the warehouse, so that they are easy to find within the factory;
Ensuring order, cleanliness and hygiene in the warehouse, the cold store and on the outside area. Supervising compliance with legal requirements and set company rules is also part of your duties.
Dividing work in the warehouses and checking the execution thereof;
Registering data regarding stocks and incoming and outgoing goods. This ensures a clear and correct insight into the total flow of goods within Johma.

What are we looking for

You are naturally driven to get your hands dirty. In addition, you are available full-time to work within the 3-shift system.
The position of Cooperating Foreman Logistics is a very independent position and involves a great deal of responsibility. That is why it is important that you have the following points:

A completed MBO education, level 3/4. Preferably in the direction of Logistics, Process Engineering or Food and Technology;
Demonstrable managerial and managerial experience;
(Preferably) experience in the food industry;
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, with strongly changing schedules;
You have up-to-date knowledge of the HACCP;
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, in word and writing;
Mastery of the English and/or German language;
You are in possession of a valid Forklift certificate, or you are willing to obtain it.

What do we offer

We offer you a full-time job with a lot of challenge. We also offer the following:

A salary range between € 2.427 and € 2.744 gross per month, based on a full-time contract;
- Between 18.00 - 00.00 you will receive a 33% shift allowance;
- Between 00.00 - 06.00 you will receive a 35% shift allowance;
A travel allowance if you have to travel further than 9,9 kilometers to work;
Every Thursday you get the tastiest salads to take home;
If you function well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract at 4 Minutes.
