What is expected of you

As an operator you work in a team that is jointly responsible for the production process. Bonfait is a progressive company that wants to grow by investing in the personal development of its employees, enabling them to further professionalize as an organization.

Among other things, you are involved in:

Portioning and packaging of all products according to planning and established methods, in such a way that products of required quantity and quality are available;
Supervising the employees in the performance of their tasks and checking the quality thereof;
Consultation situations between departments and employees.

You work in 2 shifts, with the morning shift from 06.00 to 14.45 and the afternoon shift from 14.45 to 00.00.

What are we looking for

You have already gained some experience in a similar position as, for example, production cook, chef or operator. That experience is a plus! In addition, we ask from you:

You can work accurately and meticulously;
You can distinguish color and smell/taste nuances;
You are available full time in 2 shifts;
Good command of the Dutch or English language;
Knowledge of computers/machines and operation of the necessary programs, in particular SAP and Excel.

Basic salary of € 16,19 per hour excluding allowance
133% surcharge between 18.00 pm and midnight. That means a gross hourly wage of € 00.00
Travel allowance of 0,21 cents per kilometer from 10 km, with a maximum of € 7,29 per day
Delicious ready meals from Bonfait to take home for only € 2,-

About the company

The factory is located in beautiful Denekamp, where they work with more than 200 colleagues every day to produce delicious chilled meals, soups, salads and sauces. They have a wide range of ready-to-eat meals and meal components. In addition to these products, they also offer many types of basic salads, (raw food) sauces and a drink segment. These products are divided into two categories, intended for retail or food service. For customers in the Netherlands and other European countries.
