The tastiest salads from Twente!

As an operator at Johma, you and your colleagues ensure that these salads are ultimately on the snack board. You will work in a friendly team and have a job with sufficient challenge, every day is different.

What is expected of you

You are setting up, operating and checking the machines on the production line
You monitor and record the process, including through quality checks and a logbook.
You identify and resolve disruptions on the line
You work together with colleagues and direct them where necessary

At Johma we work in 3 shifts, the working hours are as follows:

Morning shift: 06:00 - 22:00
Afternoon shift: 14:00 PM – 22:00 PM
Evening shift: 22:00 PM – 06:00 AM

What are we looking for

You are a motivated operator/production employee who is available full-time and works in the 3 shifts
You can work together but are also independent
You have experience as an operator or production employee
You master the Dutch and/or English language

Experience in nutrition is not required, but is an advantage.

What do we offer

Of course you will work with the tastiest salads within a dynamic company, but we also offer the following:

A starting salary of €14,80 per hour, excluding allowances
Extra shift allowances of up to 35%, which increases your salary to €19,98 per hour
Travel allowance from 10 km
Is transportation a problem for you? We offer various forms of transport
8% holiday allowance
