Process Operator | Johma

At Johma we are looking for an ambitious Process Operator to expand the current team.

What is expected of you

You are responsible for producing sauces in the Johma factory, where you closely monitor the process with your insight, experience and process-oriented thinking.
Among other things, you are busy with;

Producing the sauces that are in every Johma salad;
Aligning the filling of storage tanks directly with planning;
Carrying out quality checks, so that the salads maintain the quality for which Johma is known;
Meeting the daily targets, so that there is enough sauce to serve all customers in a timely manner;
Aligning with team leaders so that your production is in line with the accompanying salads that must be produced this day;
You are responsible for the daily and periodic (CIP) cleanings.

What are we looking for

You are obviously enthusiastic to start and you are also available full-time to work in a 3-shift system (morning shift from 6.00 a.m. to 14.00 p.m., afternoon shift from 14.00 p.m. to 22.00 p.m., night shift from 22.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.).
You also recognize yourself in the following profile:

You master the Dutch language in word and writing;
- Mastery of the English/German language is an advantage;
You have a sense of responsibility to work according to HACCP guidelines at all times;
You think process-wise, keep an overview and can switch quickly;
You have completed (at least) MBO level 3;
You have experience or affection for the food industry;
You are stress resistant and can work independently.

What do we offer

You will be working within a dynamic organization that is always evolving.
We also offer you:

A gross starting salary of €16,19 per hour; (excl. the following surcharges)
- Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive a 33% surcharge;
- Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive a 35% surcharge;
Travel allowance;
Every Thursday you get the tastiest salads to take home;
If you function well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract with 4 Minutes;
No or limited transport? Use a 4 Minutes scooter.
