What is expected of you

As a Production Cook you will ensure that the end products meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements. Together with your team, you ensure that the ingredients are ready and you have a monitoring function.
You then set the cooking equipment and monitor the cooking process. Your preparation will then be delivered to the Filling production department where the operators will continue the process.

You then arrange the administration where you enter the proceeds in the computer system. You consult a lot with the fellow cooks of the preparation.
You are involved in:

Carrying out work according to production lists and recipes or preparing and mixing ingredients according to recipe;
Preparing/weighing the soups based on the production planning;
Ensuring timely availability of the required raw materials through stock control and periodic stock counts;
Setting up, operating and converting production lines;
Guaranteeing quality (checking freshness and preparations);
Instructing and supervising other colleagues on the production line;
Keeping the workplace clean;
Developing possible new products at a later stage.

What are we looking for

We are looking for someone who has experience as a cook and who furthermore meets the following profile:

You are an accurate person who works accurately regarding recipes and hygiene;
As a production cook you can distinguish color and smell / taste nuances!
You are available full-time or part-time (at least 3 days a week) in 2 shifts;
Good command of the Dutch language;
Knowledge of computers/machines and operation of the necessary programs, in particular SAP and Excel.

What do we offer

As a production (operator) cook you earn no less than a starting salary of € 16,19 gross per hour;
The shift allowance (33%) applies from pm 18.00 to am 00.00 and is €21,53 per hour;
Travel allowance of 0,21 cents per kilometer from 10 km, with a maximum of € 8,13 per day;
Delicious ready-made meals from Bonfait to take home for only € 2.

About the company

The factory is located in beautiful Denekamp, where they work with more than 200 colleagues every day to produce delicious chilled meals, soups, salads and sauces. They have a wide range of ready-to-eat meals and meal components. In addition to these products, they also offer many types of basic salads, (raw food) sauces and a drink segment. These products are divided into two categories, intended for retail or food service. For customers in the Netherlands and other European countries.
