What is expected of you

As a production employee, you work in a team that is jointly responsible for the production process of tasty ready-made meals and salads. This happens on the assembly line where you are responsible for your addition in the process.

You are involved in, among other things:

preparing meals;
Filling the trays in crates or boxes;
Preparing the salads and meals by adding ingredients;
Packing the meals and salads.

What are we looking for

You are full of enthusiasm and motivated to get to work. In addition, you also bring the following:

Full-time availability in the 2 shifts;
Command of the Dutch, English or German language;
You can work accurately and neatly;
You are a go-getter.

What do we offer

A basic salary of € 13,61 per hour excluding allowances (CAO Convenience Food)
Shift allowance of 133% between 18:00 and 00:00 = € 18,10 per hour
Travel allowance of 0,21 cents per kilometer from 10 km with a maximum of € 8,13 per day

The factory is located in beautiful Denekamp, where they work with more than 200 colleagues every day to produce delicious chilled meals, soups, salads and sauces. They have a wide range of ready-to-eat meals and meal components. In addition to these products, they also offer many types of basic salads, (raw food) sauces and a drink segment. These products are divided into two categories, intended for retail or food service. For customers in the Netherlands and other European countries.
