Ready for a new challenge? Start as Soldering Operator at Benchmark Electronics! As a Soldering Operator at Benchmark you are responsible for manually placing components. You check and update prints where necessary. You know better than anyone else how to make additional or modified connections.

What is expected of you

As a Soldering Operator you apply soldered connections, manually or mechanically. You read customer documentation and drawings on the basis of which products are produced or assembled. You independently repair deviations based on instructions/specifications. You use different tools to apply the components as accurately as possible. Consider a soldering iron, hot plate or hair dryer. So precision work!

You have the following tasks

You visually check the PCB for soldering using work instructions and drawings.
You determine the (process) parameters for the first product and subsequently for the series in consultation with Manufacturing Engineering.
You identify deviations from the preset standard and, if errors are found, you return products to the previous department.
You verbally explain errors.

What are we looking for

We are looking for you if you

have (extensive) experience as a Soldering Operator, we do not consider training to be so important, but experience is all the more important;
can work very accurately and independently;
can read design drawings;
want to think along to improve things; we are always open to new ideas.

What do we offer

Gross hourly wage of at least €16,52 incl ATV, or higher with proven experience;
Bonus scheme;
Travel allowance;
If functioning properly, there is a chance of takeover by Benchmark;
Day shift;
We will arrange transportation if you don't have one!
