What is expected of you

The management of an enthusiastic team in the ZT Netherlands warehouse is in good hands with you. Every day you ensure that the materials are prepared for production in a timely and correct manner; from hard drive to cabling. That often means hard work! Even though you are ultimately responsible, you do not do it alone, but together with your team of team leaders and operators. You take care of, among other things:

Good guidance, instruction and support from your team leaders.
The correct knowledge and coordination of processes and production methods.
Good quality and quantity, and their control.
Ensuring correct presence and absence registration of staff and planning thereof.
Conducting job interviews and assessment interviews.
Responsible for a good transfer between teams and other departments.
Identifying bottlenecks and making suggestions about adjustments to policies and/or procedures and plans.
Ensures that staff in the department are trained and have the correct level of knowledge.
Identifies bottlenecks in time and can make suggestions about adjustments to policies and/or procedures and plans.

What are we looking for

You work in a structured way, keep an overview and think in solutions. You work independently, but can also collaborate well. We can leave that to you to make others enthusiastic! We further ask:

Full-time availability (38 hours, in two shifts);
Minimum MBO4 diploma or demonstrable work experience;
Good communicative skills;
Experience in leading a team;
Good command of the Dutch language and basic knowledge of English;
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office);
Experience with thinking in solutions - problem-solving ability;
You can handle workload well and know how to keep an overview.

About the company

ZT Netherlands is an international company that makes servers for data storage. Since 2012, the parent company in New York has decided to open a branch in Almelo for the European market. The entire production takes place in Almelo, including assembly and quality control. The servers are made for the largest international companies in the world. We do this every day with about 750 colleagues. ZT Netherlands is expanding rapidly. For this reason, a second production location was opened in the summer of 2020.
