What is expected of you

4 Minutes would like to be at the forefront in offering great housing to our migrant workers. As one of the few employment agencies, 4 Minutes offers all residents their own bedroom and a neat living environment.

As a Housing Management Coordinator you are responsible for the entire coordination process of housing for our migrant workers. You manage our concierge(s) and actively work with our migrant worker coordinator and our fleet manager. In the absence of our fleet manager, you assume his duties (and vice versa).

You play a crucial role in ensuring comfortable and safe living conditions for our employees. From finding and purchasing/renting suitable properties to developing and maintaining them. In a nutshell:

Collaborate with third parties to plan renovations and improvements, including overseeing the development of housing projects
Planning and coordinating regular maintenance and repairs
Respond to emergencies and housing issues
Drawing up and implementing sustainability plans in homes and offices
Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding housing

What are we looking for

You bring a fresh dose of energy and enthusiasm. It is also important that you can easily make decisions in complex situations. Furthermore, you fit the following profile:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Construction, Facility Management or a related field
Experience in property management, project development or a similar role
Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding housing
Organizational, project management and negotiation skills
Problem solving ability
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of the German language is an advantage
