What is expected of you

As a Medior Panel Builder, you independently build the panel cabinets from your own workstation. You do this both mechanically and electrically. You will also wire the panel boxes. You do all this with the help of drawings. After the panels have come off the workbench, they are completely wired and ready to be tested. You perform the work in a (semi) cleanroom environment. You are in contact with your Supervisor about the progress of the work. Do you have an improvement proposal? You discuss this with the manufacturing engineer. This way you can look for the best options together.

Your own input is therefore very much desired. The possibility to move on to Senior is possible.

What are we looking for

Of course you feel like getting started, with which you have already done half the work. You also recognize yourself in the profile below:

Are you living in Almelo or the surrounding area;
At least 3 years of experience as a panel builder or in a similar position;
Technical training is an advantage.

What do we offer

At Benchmark we offer you a full-time job of 40 hours a week, full of challenge and with nice colleagues. In addition, you will of course get much more from us!

Gross hourly wage of €16,75 incl ATV;
Travel allowance;
The possibility to move on to Senior is possible;
If you function well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract with 4 Minutes;
Flexibility; at Benchmark you can enter your hours yourself between 07:00 - 19:00. In the beginning you will be trained and you will have fixed hours. Flexible hours apply as you can work independently.
