We have a tasty challenge for you! At Bonfait in Denekamp, we're looking for a passionate Chef ready to thrive in a modern production kitchen. You understand the essence of flavor, work neatly, and be adept at switching between recipes, pans, and colleagues.

From creamy mustard soup to spicy pasta: you'll ensure everything is flavorful and ready on time. All of this in a friendly team and with a competitive salary.

What do we expect from you

As a Chef at Bonfait, you'll be the chef in the kitchen – not just on a plate in a restaurant, but on a scale serving the entire Netherlands. You'll work with fresh ingredients, smart cooking kettles, and tight schedules. But also with colleagues who are just as passionate about good food as you are.

The recipe for your workday:

Weighing, mixing, cooking, and stirring ingredients until they taste perfect
Preparing soups and ready-made meals according to schedule
Ensuring that everything is perfect in terms of taste, texture, and temperature
Setting up and operating machines (we operate modern and efficiently)
Managing your colleagues and ensuring the line runs smoothly
Cleaning, tidying up, and occasionally cracking a joke in between
Thinking about how things can be even tastier, faster, or smarter

You'll work a 2-shift system:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2:30 PM – 11:00 AM

What are we looking for

You don't need a Michelin star, but you know what you're doing in the kitchen. You're meticulous, enjoy structure, and your taste buds are your secret weapon.

What you bring:

Experience as a chef, preferably in a production or commercial kitchen
You understand the importance of hygiene and food safety
You are available for two shifts (at least 3 days a week)
You speak and read Dutch fluently
Experience with SAP or Excel is a plus
A keen sense of taste and smell

What do we offer

A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,000
33% shift allowance after 6:00 PM
Travel allowance up to €8.13 per day (€0.21/km from 10 km)
