As an Operator at Zwanenberg Food Group in Almelo, you ensure that everything runs smoothly. From meat products to vegetarian options: you are at the heart of the production process of well-known products that you simply see in the supermarket.
What do we expect from you
No two days are the same. You are the linchpin of the production process and ensure that everything keeps running.- You operate, set up, and reconfigure machines;
- You continuously check quality (because with you, good really means good);
- You resolve minor malfunctions yourself or liaise quickly with the technical department;
- You maintain an overview of the process and the schedule;
- You actively contribute ideas on how things can be done even better.
In short: without you, everything grinds to a halt.
What are we looking for
Diplomas are nice, but your motivation is more important.- You work and think at least at an MBO-2 level;
- Experience as an operator or in the food industry is a plus;
- You are proficient in spoken and written Dutch and/or English;
- You have a practical mindset and like to get things done;
- You have no problem working in a 2-shift system.
What do we offer
Hard work should be rewarded — and that is certainly the case here:- Salary between €2,850 and €3,306 gross per 4 weeks (based on 36 hours, including 14% shift allowance);
- Full-time job with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- End-of-year bonus and travel allowance;
