As a Food Mixing Operator, you will contribute to the preparation of salads for Homann, the well-known German A-brand. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that all products are prepared according to recipe and delivered on time to the filling lines. Thanks to your efforts, consumers can enjoy fresh, top-quality salads every day.
What do we expect from you
As a Food Mixing Operator, you are responsible for various tasks within the Homann kitchen. You are versatile and involved in the entire process: from ordering raw materials to mixing and checking the final product. Your tasks include:· Ordering and inspecting raw materials;
· Preparing ingredients according to recipes;
· Operating machines for tasks such as:
o Opening cans;
o Cutting eggs;
o Processing meat products;
· Mixing salads according to work instructions;
· Performing quality checks on the final product;
· Preparing and supplying products to the filling lines;
· Working according to hygiene and safety regulations;
· Wearing the required personal protective equipment;
· Keeping the work environment clean and organized together with your colleagues.
You will work in a 3-shift schedule with the following hours:
· Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00
· Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
· Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00
What are we looking for
You are someone who enjoys staying active and gets energy from working in a production environment. You work accurately, are flexible, and enjoy collaborating within a team. In addition:· You are available full-time for a longer period;
· You work accurately and hygienically;
· You can follow recipes and work instructions well;
· You have a sense of responsibility and attention to quality;
· You enjoy carrying out a variety of tasks;
· You do not mind working in a 3-shift system.
What do we offer
In addition to a varied job within a friendly and committed team, you can expect:· A full-time position for the long term;
· A gross hourly wage of €16.01;
o Between 18:00 and 00:00, you receive a 33% shift allowance (equivalent to €21.29 per hour);
o Between 00:00 and 06:00, you receive a 35% shift allowance (equivalent to €21.61 per hour);
· Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
· A 3% end-of-year bonus;
· The tastiest salads to take home every Thursday;
· A long-term job with the possibility of a permanent contract through 4 Minutes if performance is satisfactory;
· The possibility to use a scooter, bicycle, or car via 4 Minutes.
