Wat wordt er van je verwacht
As an Operator Heks’nkaas, you are responsible for the entire mixing process of various Heks’nkaas salads. You work with a daily schedule and ensure that all products are prepared according to recipe. From checking raw materials to evaluating the final product: you maintain control over the entire process.Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing Heks’nkaas salads according to recipes;
- Ordering and inspecting raw materials;
- Preparing ingredients for the mixing process;
- Operating mixing installations and machines;
- Mixing products according to work instructions;
- Performing quality checks on the final product;
- Working according to hygiene and safety regulations;
- Wearing the required personal protective equipment;
- Keeping the work environment clean and organized.
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00 hour
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00 hour
- Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 hour

You are someone who takes responsibility and works accurately within a production environment. You are hands-on, work in a structured way, and value delivering high-quality results. In addition:- You are available full-time for the long term;
- You work accurately and hygienically;
- You can follow recipes and work instructions properly;
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and attention to quality;
- You can work both independently and as part of a team;
- You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
Wat bieden wij
In addition to a varied job within a friendly and committed team, you can expect:- A full-time position for the long term;
- A gross hourly wage of €16.01;
- Between 18:00 and 00:00, you receive a 33% shift allowance (equivalent to €21.29 per hour);
- Between 00:00 and 06:00, you receive a 35% shift allowance (equivalent to €21.61 per hour);
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
- A 3% end-of-year bonus;
- The tastiest salads to take home every Thursday;
- A long-term job with the possibility of a permanent contract through 4 Minutes if performance is satisfactory;
- The possibility to use a scooter, bicycle, or car via 4 Minutes.
