Do you know how to keep a machine running smoothly and quickly notice when something isn't quite right? As a Machine Operator at DeliBarn in Borculo, you'll work with different production machines and make sure production keeps moving. You'll earn from €2,597 gross per month and get plenty of opportunities to further develop your technical skills.
You'll set up machines, monitor their performance during production and take action when you notice deviations or minor technical issues. DeliBarn produces more than 250 different food products, which means you'll work with a variety of products and machine settings.

What do we expect from you
As a Machine Operator at DeliBarn, your main focus is on the machines used throughout the production process. You make sure they are set up correctly and continue to run smoothly during production.Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating production machines;
- Checking and adjusting machine settings when necessary;
- Starting up and monitoring the production process;
- Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
- Checking the supply of raw materials;
- Checking whether products meet the required quality standards;
- Recording production and quality data;
- Keeping the machines and your workplace clean and safe.
- As you get to know the machines better, you'll quickly recognise when something isn't working as it should. Where possible, you'll solve the issue yourself. If more support is needed, you'll involve the right colleague.
What are we looking for
Technical insight is more important for this position than a specific diploma. You're interested in understanding how machines work and enjoy solving practical problems.In addition:
- You have experience working in a production environment;
- You have technical insight and enjoy working with machines;
- You are comfortable using digital systems or can learn them quickly;
- You work accurately and follow quality and hygiene regulations;
- You have a good command of Dutch and English;
- You are available full-time.
- Experience as a Machine Operator, Machine Technician or Technical Production Employee is a plus. Experience in the food production industry is an additional advantage.

- Salary according to the Dutch Meat Products Industry Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Vleeswarenindustrie);
