Together with your colleagues, you will work with various meat products, game and poultry. You will help process the products, check their quality and make sure everything is properly packed and ready for shipment.
No experience in production or the food industry? No problem. As long as you enjoy hands-on work and are motivated, we'll teach you the rest on the job.
What do we expect from you
As a Production Employee at DeliBarn, you will work in different parts of the production process. This means you won't spend your entire day doing the same task.Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing, processing and sorting meat products;
- Packing and labelling products;
- Checking products for quality and shelf life;
- Stacking and preparing crates and boxes;
- Preparing orders for shipment;
- Keeping your workplace clean and organised.
What are we looking for
You don't need years of production experience to get started. What matters most to us is that you're motivated and enjoy hands-on work.In addition:
- You are available full-time;
- You are comfortable with active and physical work;
- You are comfortable working in a refrigerated production environment;
- You have a good command of Dutch and basic English skills;
- You work accurately and hygienically.
What do we offer
For your work at DeliBarn, you can expect:- €15.43 gross per hour from the age of 21;
- Extra allowances when working outside regular working hours;
- If you occasionally work in a 2-shift system, you will receive 114%;
- If you work the day shift but work hours between 18:00 and 06:00, you will earn €19.66 gross per hour including allowance;
- €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre from 10 km one way;
- A full-time job;
