What do we expect from you

As an operator at our production facility in Almelo, you play a crucial role in the baking process. You'll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machines while maintaining the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
·       Replenishing ingredients and materials for production;
·       Monitoring and optimizing production processes;
·       Identifying, solving, and preventing technical faults;
·       Independently setting, adjusting, and cleaning machines;
·       Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

You’ll start in a 3-shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night), with the possibility of moving to 5-shift work after training.

What are we looking for

We’re looking for a proactive, flexible team player who brings positive energy to the workplace. Ideal candidates should have:
·       Fulltime availability in 3-shifts (willing to work 5-shifts in the future);
·       Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
·       Willingness to learn Dutch (a plus);
·       Experience as a Operator, preferably in the food industry;
·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
