At Bobeldijk, you won't be working in a traditional kitchen. Instead, you'll work in a professional production environment, helping to make plant-based products that can be found in supermarkets throughout the Netherlands.
You'll work on the production line, monitor machines and check that products meet the required quality standards.
Experience in a kitchen or production environment is a plus, but definitely not required. With the right attitude and willingness to learn, you can get started right away.
What do we expect from you
As a Kitchen Production Employee at Bobeldijk in Deventer, you and your colleagues are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly.You'll have an active job with a variety of tasks, including:
- Supplying and processing products;
- Operating and monitoring production machines;
- Checking the quality of products;
- Monitoring the production process;
- Identifying and resolving minor issues on the production line;
- Keeping your workplace clean and hygienic;
- Working together with colleagues to keep production on schedule.
You will work full-time in a 2-shift system. One week you will work the morning shift, followed by the afternoon/evening shift the next week.
This gives you variety in your working hours, and you will receive a shift allowance on top of your hourly wage.
What are we looking for
You don't need years of production experience for this position. What matters most is that you enjoy practical work and like working together with colleagues.We ask that you:
- Are available full-time;
- Are able to work in a 2-shift system;
- Have at least MBO level 1 or 2, or an equivalent level of education;
- Work accurately and hygienically;
- Are comfortable with active work;
- Work well as part of a team;
- Are willing to learn new tasks.
