Depending on the department, you'll work with recipes and ingredients or take responsibility for keeping a packaging line running smoothly. Both positions have one thing in common: you understand the process, set up machines correctly, monitor quality and take action when something doesn't go according to plan.
You will earn between €17.17 and €21.00 gross per hour, depending on the position and your experience, excluding applicable shift allowances.

What do we expect from you
As an Operator at Bobeldijk in Deventer, you can work in one of two different areas of the production process.Dough Operator
You work at the beginning of the production process. You follow recipes, weigh and process ingredients, operate the dough machines and check that each batch has the right quality and texture.
Packaging Operator
You make sure the packaging line keeps running smoothly. You set up and adjust machines, resolve minor technical issues and work together with 2 to 3 colleagues to keep the line running.

Both positions are full-time and operate in a 2-shift system.
What are we looking for
Because we have several Operator positions available, we mainly look at your experience, skills and what suits you best.We are looking for someone who:
- Has MBO level 2 or 3, or an equivalent level of education;
- Is available full-time and able to work in a 2-shift system;
- Has technical insight or is motivated to develop technical skills;
- Works accurately and values quality;
- Is comfortable taking responsibility;
- Works well as part of a team;
- Is willing to identify and resolve minor technical issues.

What do we offer
- A gross hourly wage between €17.17 and €21.00, depending on the position and experience;
- Shift allowance on top of your hourly wage;
- For the Dough Operator position, 33% shift allowance for hours worked after 18:00;
