Operator Packaging | Bobeldijk
Setting up machines, monitoring the packaging process and supervising colleagues on the line? As a Packaging Operator at Bobeldijk in Deventer, you will be responsible for your own packaging line. And you’ll earn from €17.17 gross per hour, excluding shift allowance.
You make sure the line keeps running, set up the machines correctly and step in when a malfunction occurs. At the same time, you monitor product quality and work together with 2 to 3 colleagues to make sure production stays on schedule.

What do we expect from you
As a Operator Packaging, you make sure the packaging line runs smoothly. You know the machines, understand what needs to be produced and keep an overview of the entire process.Your tasks include:
- Setting up and operating packaging machines;
- Adjusting and converting machines for product changes;
- Monitoring the packaging process;
- Checking the quality of the finished products;
- Identifying and resolving minor technical issues;
- Supervising and supporting 2 to 3 colleagues on your line;
- Keeping your workplace clean, safe and organised.
You will work full-time in a 2-shift system, alternating between morning shifts and afternoon/evening shifts.
What are we looking for
We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility and interested in understanding how machines and production processes work.In addition:
- You have MBO level 2 or 3, or an equivalent level of education;
- You have an interest in technology and production;
- You are available full-time and able to work in a 2-shift system;
- You work accurately and know how to keep an overview;
- You work well in a team and are comfortable supervising colleagues on the line;
- You speak Dutch and/or English.
