What do we expect from you
As a Packaging Employee at Bobeldijk in Deventer, you make sure that the food products are packaged correctly. Different products and customers require different types of packaging, which brings plenty of variety to your working day.Your tasks include:
- Weighing and packaging products;
- Working with different sealing and packaging methods;
- Checking that packages are properly sealed and finished;
- Checking products for quality;
- Identifying and resolving minor issues on the packaging line;
- Keeping your workplace clean and organised;
- Working together with your colleagues to keep the packaging line running smoothly.
You will work full-time in a 2-shift system, alternating between:
- Morning shift: 05:30 – 14:30;
- Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:30.
What are we looking for
For this position, your motivation and work attitude are more important than having years of experience.We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys practical and active work;
- Has at least MBO level 1 or 2, or is willing to achieve this level;
- Is available full-time and able to work in a 2-shift system;
- Works accurately and pays attention to quality;
- Works well as part of a team;
- Is flexible when the job requires it.
