Production Employee Oven | Pentas Moulding

Do you often find yourself in hot water – literally? And do you have no problems with hot working conditions and physical work? Then this is your chance! For Pentas Moulding in Almelo we are looking for a motivated Production Employee for the oven department in a 3-shift system.

What do we expect from you

As a production employee, you will work with a team of approximately 12 colleagues to operate our rotational molding machines. With these machines, we make sturdy products from plastic powder that you will find everywhere. You support the operator, keep the machine running and ensure that everything runs smoothly - even when it is hot.

Your tasks include:

Operating and monitoring a rotational molding machine
Supporting the operator
Checking the production process
Ensuring safety, order and cleanliness
Physically lifting, turning and working in a warm environment

Good to know: you start as a production employee, but you will soon have the opportunity to become an operator!

What are we looking for

You keep a cool head even when the temperature rises. In addition:

You have technical insight and work accurately
You can work well independently and in a team
You are physically fit and not afraid of sweat on your forehead
You have a good command of the Dutch or English language
You are available to work full-time in 3 shifts

What do we offer

A full-time position in 3 shifts from Monday to Friday
Starting salary of €15.37 gross per hour
Shift allowance of 32% at night and 13.25% in the morning and afternoon shifts
