Productie Worker | Bobeldijk
Work in a 2-shift system, earn €15.90 gross per hour and help produce products that can be found in supermarkets throughout the Netherlands? Bobeldijk in Deventer is looking for production employees who are ready to get to work.
You won't be standing in the same spot doing the same task all day. You'll work on the production line, monitor the machines, check product quality and work together with your colleagues to keep production running smoothly.

What do we expect from you
As a Production Employee at Bobeldijk in Deventer, you will help produce plant-based food products. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the production line keeps running smoothly.Your tasks will include:
- Operating and monitoring production machines;
- Supplying and processing products;
- Checking product quality throughout the production process;
- Identifying and resolving minor malfunctions;
- Keeping your workplace clean and organised;
- Working together with your colleagues on the production line;
- Following all safety and hygiene regulations.
You will work full-time in a 2-shift system. One week you will work the morning shift, followed by the afternoon/evening shift the next week.
This gives you variety in your working hours, and you will receive a shift allowance on top of your hourly wage.
What are we looking for
You don't need years of production experience to apply. What matters most is that you are reliable, enjoy hands-on work and like working together with your colleagues to get the job done.In addition:
- You have at least MBO level 1 or 2, or an equivalent level of education;
- You are available full-time;
- You are able to work in a 2-shift system;
- You work accurately and pay attention to quality;
- You are comfortable with physical and active work;
- You work well as part of a team.

In return for your hard work, you can expect:- €15.90 gross per hour, including ATV allowance and excluding shift allowance;
