Production Worker | Bonfait
Looking for a job where you can stay active and work with fresh food? At Bonfait in Denekamp, we’re looking for motivated Production Workers who love to roll up their sleeves. Together with your team, you’ll help prepare and pack fresh ready-made meals, soups and salads for customers all over the Netherlands.
No experience? No problem! If you’re eager to learn and ready to work, we’d love to meet you.
What do we expect from you
Every day is different, but the goal stays the same: making top-quality food that looks and tastes great. You’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team and we’ll show you everything you need to know.Your tasks may include:
- Preparing fresh meals according to set recipes
- Assembling and decorating salads with fresh ingredients
- Filling trays and packages, getting everything ready for shipping
- Keeping your workspace clean and doing quality checks
- Working efficiently and keeping the team spirit high
- 06:00 AM – 2:45 PM
- 2:45 PM – 12:00 AM
What are we looking for
We don’t ask for diplomas — we’re looking for energy, reliability and a hands-on attitude.You are:
- Available full-time and willing to work 2 shifts
- Able to speak basic Dutch, English or German
- A team player who enjoys active work
- Precise and hygienic in your working style
- Motivated and not afraid to get your hands dirty
What do we offer
- A starting salary of €14.51 per hour (excl. shift bonus)
- 133% shift bonus after 6:00 PM = €19.29 per hour
