What do we expect from you

As a assembly operator, you work independently from your own workstation to build panel cabinets, both mechanically and electrically. You are also responsible for wiring these cabinets. All this is done on the basis of accurate drawings. Once the panels leave the workbench, they are fully wired and ready for testing.

You work in a (semi) cleanroom environment, where you have regular contact with your Supervisor to discuss the progress of your work. Do you have an idea for improvement? Then you discuss this with the Manufacturing Engineer, so that you can look for the best solutions together. Your input is greatly appreciated!

What are we looking for

You are obviously motivated and want to get started, which means you have already done half the work. It is also useful if you:

Live in Almelo or the surrounding area;
Have work experience as an assembly operator (3+ years);
Are flexible, in consultation with your colleagues and Benchmark you can set your own hours between 07:00 - 19:00. In the beginning, you will be trained and will have fixed hours. As you are able to work independently, flexible hours will apply to you aswell.

What do we offer

Gross hourly wage of €16,75 including ATV;
Travel allowance;
The possibility of progressing to Senior;
If you perform well, you have a chance of a permanent contract at 4 Minutes.
