What do we expect from you
As a logistics employee at ZT you will be involved in the entire process at the warehouse. Meaning your job will vary and offer new challenges every day. Naturally, you'll be trained in the methods of the warehouse beforehand, we won't let you start without proper preparation after all!At the warehouse you will be one of the people responsible for collecting products and parts according to an ''order pick list''. Gathering, checking and preparing these orders is a key part of warehouse work. Aside from that, you will also be responsible for handling incoming shipments, return shipments and marking down those activities in the system.
What are we looking for
It’s important that you are able to perform physical tasks as you'll be lifting boxes and crates at the warehouse aside from it being a job where you walk a lot. Further we are looking for someone who:- Lives in Almelo or its surrounding areas;
- Has a forklift certificate (This is not a requirement, but very useful);
- Is available to work in 2 shifts with the following times:
- Morning shift from 06:00 until 14:30;
- Afternoon shift from 14:30 until 23:00.
What do we offer
At ZT Netherlands you can expect a fulltime job, 38 hours per week, that's filled with unique challenges and a great working environment.Of course, there are other benefits to working at ZT;
- A gross hourly salary of €12,39, for those aged 18 and above;
- A 16% shift premium, netting you a total of €14,37 (gross) per hour;
- Daily travel allowance starting at 10km;
- If you don't have transport, maybe you can use one of the 4 Minutes E-Scooters or E-Bikes;
- After 52 weeks on the job, you will receive your first pay rise;
- When you showcase great performance, you stand a chance at being offered a fulltime employment contract at 4 Minutes.
