What do we expect from you
You are responsible for operating various packaging machines, you are also in charge of 1 to 5 colleagues. Together you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly. Furthermore, you will:- Calibrate and adjust machinery.
- Solve small failures in the line;
- Prepare the production line;
- Register data in the system;
- Support your colleague's where necessary.
At this job, you will work in 2 or 3 shifts with the following times:
- Morning shift from 06:00 until 14:00
- Afternoon shift from 14:00 until 22:00
- Night shift from 22:00 until 06:00
What are we looking for
Of course, being a motivated employee, looking to get started is a key part of what you need for this job. Besides that, you should be available for fulltime employment in 2 or 3 shifts. Besides this it's important you meet the following criteria:- Good/proficient in the Dutch or English language both in speech and writing;
- A sense of responsibility regarding the quality of your production line;
- You are a ''go getter'' and can work both in a team as well as solo.
Any prior experience as an operator is an advantage but not a requirement.
What do we offer
We offer you a fulltime job, a challenging work environment where you will learn a lot. In addition, you can expect;- Starting salary at €14,50 per hour
- Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive 33% shift premium turning your hourly salary into €19,29 for these hours.
- Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive 35% shift premium turning your hourly salary into €19,58 for these hours.
- A daily travel allowance starting at 10km
- Delicious salads and spreads to take home with you, every Thursday!
- If you function well, you have a chance at being offered a permanent contract at 4 Minutes!
- If you have difficulty arranging transportation, use a 4 Minutes E-Scooter or E-Bike!
