What do we expect from you
You are responsible for operating various packaging machines.. Together with colleagues,you will ensure that the production line runs smoothly.
Furthermore, you will:
- Calibrate and adjust machinery.
- Solve small failures in the line;
- Prepare the production line;
- Register data in the system;
- Support your colleague's where necessary.
What are we looking for
Of course, being a motivated employee, looking to get started is a key part of what you need for this job.Furthermore it's important you meet the following criteria:
- Good/proficient in the Dutch and English language both in speech and writing;
- A sense of responsibility regarding the quality of your production line;
- Some years of experience as an Operator, preferably in the food industry;
- You are a ''go getter'' and can work both in a team as well as solo.
What do we offer
We offer you a fulltime job, a challenging work environment where you will learn a lot. In addition, you can expect;- Starting salary at €15,44 per hour (based on 21 years of age);
- Between 18:00 and 00:00 you will receive 33% shift premium;
- A daily travel allowance starting at 10km
- If you perform well, you have a chance at being offered a permanent contract at 4 Minutes!
