At Bolletje in Heerde, we're looking for production workers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You'll join a friendly team where everyone knows each other, the atmosphere is great, and the smell of freshly baked goods is always delicious.

What do we expect from you

Together with your colleagues, you ensure the production lines run smoothly. You replenish raw materials, monitor the machines, and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely. No two days are the same! One day you're helping make rusks, the next you're rolling out cookies.

Your duties in a nutshell:

Replenishing raw materials and supplies
Checking products and reporting any deviations
Keeping your workspace clean
Contributing to a smooth production process

🎯 Good to know: you'll start as a production worker, but with good performance, there are plenty of opportunities for growth within Bolletje!

What are we looking for

You are naturally motivated, reliable, and eager to learn. You also have or are:

Available part-time or full-time across three shifts
Proficient in Dutch or English and willing to learn Dutch
Accurate and focused on quality
Physically fit and not afraid to roll up your sleeves

What do we offer

€15.50 gross per hour (depending on experience)
A shift allowance of at least 38% after 6:00 PM, which amounts to €21.39 gross per hour!
Travel allowance (€0.23 per km from 10 km, max. €13.80 per day)
