What do we expect from you

You have a very important role within the production process, because you and your colleagues ensure that the operators can keep the machines running without any worries. In addition, your activities include:

Collecting and mixing the raw materials;
Packing the salads
Preparing the pallets for shipment;
Support in the production process where necessary.

You work in 3 shifts where the shifts are as follows:

Morning shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM

What are we looking for

With your enthusiasm and motivation to get started, you are already well on your way! We also ask you:

Full-time availability in the 3 shifts;
Experience in the food sector/food industry is an advantage;
Working in a cool environment is no problem for you!

What do we offer

A full-time job in 3 shifts with a challenge and a fun workplace is not the only thing we have to offer you. We also have for you:

Gross starting salary of €14.08 per hour;
- Between 6:00 PM and 12:00 AM you will receive a 33% surcharge, your gross hourly wage during these hours is €18.73
- Between 00:00 and 06:00 you will receive a 35% surcharge, your gross hourly wage during these hours is €19.01
You will already have your first pay increase in your pocket after 6 months;
Travel allowance of €0,23 per km, or an electric bicycle to get to work easily (and quickly).
Every Thursday you get the tastiest salads to take home;
If you perform well, you have a chance to win a permanent contract at 4 Minutes!
